At Medichecks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or an exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
